Here are some strategies I’ve found effective for shifting from a negative to a positive mindset. I hope they inspire and support you on your journey.  
 

1. Do Not Judge Yourself

 
It’s essential to recognize that we’re all doing the best we can. Instead of judging ourselves, we must practice unconditional self-love. In my experience, self-judgment leads to shame and guilt, which attract more low-vibrational patterns. By stepping back and adopting a loving attitude toward ourselves, we create space for transformation. This nurturing energy helps us focus on what is pure and good within and around us.  
 

2. Say Positive Affirmations

 
Create a list of affirmations that resonate with how you want to feel and who you want to be. Phrase them in the present tense to activate their energy. At first, you might feel like you’re “faking it” or being inauthentic—this is just negative conditioning you’re working to overcome. Stay mindful and avoid reacting to these doubts. Recite your affirmations daily, ideally in the morning and before bed. Over time, you’ll notice a positive shift in your perspective.  
 

3. Channel Your Creative Energies Differently

 
We all possess creative energy. When aligned with clarity, it’s easy to use this energy for the greater good. However, when we’re out of harmony, we may channel it into unhealthy outlets, like addictions, in an attempt to fill a void that only divine love can satisfy. Rediscover or explore passions like music, poetry, dancing, singing, writing, or volunteering. Focusing on activities that bring life and joy helps you stay grounded and less distracted by negativity.  
 

4. Exercise and Eat Well

 
This can be challenging but is vital for well-being. Choose activities that feel good and are manageable, like walking in your favorite park while listening to uplifting music. This makes exercise enjoyable and leaves you feeling refreshed. For nutrition, start with small, sustainable changes to avoid feeling overwhelmed. These steps can significantly boost your mood and energy.  
 

5. Breathe Deeply

 
In our busy lives, we often forget to breathe deeply, yet it’s a simple way to ground ourselves and find peace. As energy beings, we’re more susceptible to negative energies—like fear-based thoughts or entities—when vibrating at a lower frequency. To maintain a high vibration, incorporate a daily ritual to clear your energy field. For example, call upon Archangel Michael for cleansing or use affirmations like: “I now elevate my vibration to the level of divine unconditional love and light” or “I release all fear-based attachments to lower-vibrational energies or beings.”
