Earlier today, I was quietly enjoying a cup of tea. As I lifted the tea bag from my cup, my eyes fell on the little tag attached to the string. It read:
The question is very simple—are you happy, or are you not? I paused for a moment.
Such a simple question, yet it immediately struck me with its depth. It felt as though those words weren't meant only for me, but for everyone who reads them. That single sentence inspired me to write this blog.
As a spiritual medium, I meet people every day who are searching for answers. They want to understand why certain patterns keep repeating, what their life purpose is, or which path they should take. Often, they believe the answers lie somewhere outside themselves.
Yet, through my work, I have learned time and again that the most important answers already exist within us. Sometimes, we simply forget how to listen.
For me, the Tarot is far more than a deck of cards. I use it as a tool within parapsychology—a way of accessing information beyond ordinary conscious awareness. The cards do not simply predict the future. They reveal energy, illuminate hidden patterns, and offer insight into what the soul is trying to communicate and the possibilities that lie ahead.
During a reading, I don't interpret only the symbolism of the cards. I also tune into the client's energy. Intuitive impressions, emotions, and psychic insights blend with the Tarot to create a deeper understanding—one that goes beyond prediction. It becomes an invitation to greater self-awareness.
And again and again, everything leads back to the same question I found on that little tea tag.
Are You Happy?
Not happy because everything in your life is perfect.
Not happy because everyone approves of you.
But happy because you are living in alignment with who you truly are.
How often do we adapt ourselves to meet other people's expectations? How often do we remain in situations that no longer nourish us? How often do we ignore our intuition because our logical mind tells us something different?
Spiritual growth begins with honesty. It begins with the courage to ask yourself one simple question—without excuses and without masks. Am I happy?
And if the answer is no, don't be afraid of it. Don't see it as failure. See it as an invitation.
Awareness is always the first step toward transformation.
Perhaps that's exactly why I was meant to read that tea tag. It wasn't just a random message. It felt like a gentle reminder from the Universe that life's greatest insights are often hidden within its simplest words.
So today, I'd like to pass that same question on to you.
The question is very simple—are you happy, or are you not?
Take a moment.
Sit with it.
Feel the answer—not with your mind, but with your heart.
Perhaps your next chapter begins with that one simple question.
May your heart always guide you toward your truth, and may every step you take bring you closer to the happiness your soul is seeking.
Thank you for being here.
See you in the next blog!
With love and light,
Thea
